Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Architect Coordinator to join their team working on residential and high-rise tower projects across the UAE. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Coordinate architectural design across consultants, MEP, structural, and site teams. - Prepare and review drawings and models in Revit. - Manage clash detection, RFIs (Requests for Information), and technical queries. - Support authority submissions and approvals. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - Experience: 5–8 years of experience, with at least 3 years on UAE residential/high-rise tower projects. - Technical Skills: Strong hands-on Revit skills (mandatory). - Regulatory Knowledge: Good knowledge of UAE building codes and Dubai Municipality regulations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should email their CV with "Architect Coordinator" in the subject line (contact email provided in the designated field).
