• Role & Company / Project Overview: BIMPROMAX ENGINEERING CONSULTANT is expanding and looking for a talented and experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their growing engineering team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on delivering innovative engineering and BIM solutions for multidisciplinary projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and lead MEP BIM coordination workflows across disciplines. - Utilize Autodesk Navisworks and Revit for model clash detection, resolution, and coordination. - Review, verify, and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation. - Enforce BIM standards, level of development (LOD) requirements, and project specifications. - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, and project stakeholders. - Resolve technical and spatial clashes effectively using strong problem-solving skills. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 4+ years of relevant BIM coordination and modeling experience. - Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows. - Thorough understanding of technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation. - Strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Relevant project experience in UAE / GCC projects will be considered an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Onsite). - Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their updated CV for consideration.
