We are hiring a Senior AI Practitioner (Agentic Systems) to build production-grade agentic AI systems utilizing multi-step reasoning, tool use, planning, memory, and multi-agent orchestration. The role involves architecting and delivering these systems, leading technical execution with engineering standards and mentorship, rapid prototyping and strategic evaluation, and optimizing performance through advanced RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks. Candidates must have 8+ years in ML/AI with 2+ years shipping agentic or LLM-powered systems to production, deep knowledge of agentic design patterns (ReAct, reflection, plan-and-execute) and frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom solutions), strong software engineering fundamentals, and experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Nice-to-haves include expertise in agent evaluation, customer-facing copilots, and interoperability standards like MCP. The ideal candidate is a pure builder, fast and pragmatic, and a strategic leader.
