We are hiring a Finance Manager for our growing real estate company in Dubai. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT, WPS, and UAE regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll, commissions, cash flow, preparing MIS reports, coordinating audits, maintaining internal financial controls, and supporting strategic business decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field; CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred; 5-8 years of finance experience, preferably in UAE real estate; strong knowledge of VAT, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting; and excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
