We are seeking a Project Leader Technical Facility Management (m/f/d) for a full-time position in Dresden. You will lead renovation and modernization projects from needs assessment through planning to successful implementation. You will coordinate planning offices, service providers, and executing companies, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards. You will oversee commissioning, acceptance, and quality inspections of technical systems, manage equipment economy, maintain master data in SAP, and support internal contacts throughout the entire lifecycle of technical systems. You will also be responsible for documenting rooms, systems, and technical data, as well as coordinating inventories. A completed degree, e.g., as an engineer in supply engineering, technical building equipment, or equivalent qualification is required. Ideally, you have professional experience as a project leader in building technology or technical facility management. You have experience in managing technical projects and ideally knowledge of technical facility management, SAP, and CAD applications. Organizational skills, communication skills, assertiveness, and very good German language skills are important.
