Management Solutions International (MSI) is hiring for a prestigious client in Qatar. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) and 10–15+ years of experience in power generation, utilities, or renewable energy asset management. Strong background in asset performance, O&M, and lifecycle management of power plants (CCGT/solar/wind/desalination) is essential. Responsibilities include KPI management, availability optimization, performance improvement initiatives, PPA/O&M/EPC contract management, commercial performance tracking, budget and OPEX/CAPEX planning, contractor performance management, and stakeholder management across technical, commercial, and regulatory teams. Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex operational environments is required. GCC experience (Qatar/UAE/Oman/Saudi) is preferred.
