Faith Holdings Ltd. is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving sustainable business growth in the real estate sector. Office location: JCX Business Tower (4th Floor), Block I, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekly holiday Friday. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related discipline. Experience: 7–10 years professional sales experience, with proven experience in Real Estate, Developer, Housing or Property Sales industry and minimum 3–5 years in leading and managing sales teams. Key responsibilities include developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans; leading and coaching the sales team; ensuring achievement of sales targets; collaborating with Marketing team; building client and investor relationships; and resolving complex sales issues. Required skills: strong sales and negotiation, leadership, CRM proficiency, presentation and communication, strategic thinking and market analysis. Compensation: Salary BDT 100,000–150,000 plus 2 festival bonuses, conveyance allowance, mobile bill and half-subsidized lunch.
