We are looking for a high-energy Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sell-out growth and retail execution across leading Modern Trade retail chains in North & West India. Role Highlights: Drive sell-out growth and retail execution across assigned stores, Manage and monitor in-store promoter productivity, Ensure strong product visibility and retail execution, Track store-wise sales performance and SKU movement, Conduct promoter training and capability development, Coordinate with retail partners for smooth operations, Maintain sales MIS, productivity reports & market insights. Ideal Candidate: Experience handling Modern Trade retail environments, Strong leadership and people management skills, Data-driven and execution-focused approach, Ability to manage multiple stores and travel extensively, Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
