emSphere is hiring a Territory Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales for India's leading Contract Labour Management System (CLMS). You will own territory revenue, pipeline, and enterprise deal closures; acquire new logos across large manufacturing and industrial enterprises; engage in CXO-level conversations with CHROs, COOs, CFOs, and Plant HR leaders; collaborate with Product and Implementation teams; and identify white-space growth opportunities. Qualifications include 2-6 years of enterprise sales experience in HRMS, Payroll, or Workforce Management with a strong hunter mindset, proven new business acquisition track record, experience handling long sales cycles and high-value enterprise deals, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, energy, pharma, or similar industries is preferred. Employment is full-time.
