Job description: We are hiring a Customer Support Executive at LOLO Cab in Delhi (Work from Office). Key responsibilities include assisting customers, vendors, and drivers, resolving booking-related queries efficiently, coordinating with the Operations team, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. Performance incentive based on Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Response & Resolution Time, and Quality of Support & Attendance. Salary: ₹15,000 per month plus performance incentive up to ₹3,000 per month.
