The role involves leading a team handling member queries, complaints, and escalations, resolving escalations personally when needed, and coaching, training, and growing a high-performing service team. Candidates should have 4–8 years in customer or member service, with 2+ years managing a team, preferably in hospitality, travel, loyalty programs, or BPO. Comfort with CRM and helpdesk tools and fluency in English and Hindi are required. Compensation includes a CTC of ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum plus incentives, health insurance, and statutory benefits. Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Full-time position.
