Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Planning Lead for a large-scale construction and development project based in Delhi, India. This position is strictly for US Citizens and European Nationals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules • Track critical path activities and project milestones • Review contractor schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams • Perform delay analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning • Generate project control reports and schedule performance updates • Support project leadership in achieving on-time project delivery Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Eligibility Criteria: US Citizens or European Nationals only • Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Project Planning and Controls • Software: Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project • Project Track Record: Experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, airport, high-rise, or infrastructure projects • Proven track record in managing project schedules from design through construction and commissioning • Preferred Experience: Complex steel structures and large-scale developments; international project environments • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Delhi, India (On-site project) Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates meeting the above criteria may share their updated CV with the subject line 'Planning Lead - Expat'.
