• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a dynamic Project Director – Execution in the Luxury Hospitality & Real Estate industry in Mumbai to lead end-to-end project delivery, drive execution excellence, and ensure the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead end-to-end execution of luxury hospitality and real estate projects. - Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams. - Ensure compliance with design intent, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and international brand benchmarks. - Oversee MEP systems, construction methodologies, and premium finishing standards. - Manage project risks, resolve execution challenges, and drive value engineering. - Present project progress, cost forecasts, and key updates to senior leadership. - Ensure seamless project delivery in line with business objectives and brand standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - Master’s in Project Management will be an added advantage. - 15+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality project execution. - Strong expertise in high-value, complex construction projects. - Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle P6, or other ERP platforms. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Certifications in PMP, LEED, or HVAC will be an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: Full-time onsite role located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: Not specified. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated CV via DM or refer suitable profiles from their network to the recruitment contact email.
