Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Project Head to take the lead in delivering landmark high-rise projects in the premium real estate sector. The candidate will drive end-to-end execution and ensure high standards of excellence across iconic developments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution. • Manage construction quality, cost, and timeline controls. • Oversee civil, MEP, and finishing operations. • Coordinate extensively with consultants, contractors, and project teams. • Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Ensure site safety, statutory compliance, and timely project delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in premium high-rise residential or commercial real estate projects. • Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing construction operations, vendor coordination, and team delivery.
