• Role & Company / Project Overview A prominent real estate enterprise (Gulshan Group) is seeking an accomplished Project Head for its residential development projects. The organization is known for delivering premium real estate landmarks across Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Take overall ownership of end-to-end execution, construction management, and delivery of residential projects. - Direct civil contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project management personnel. - Monitor structural safety, quality benchmarks, safety compliance, and construction milestones. - Control project budgets, material procurement schedules, and cost variations against approved DPR. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Extensive senior-level project execution experience in residential high-rise or township developments. - Strong leadership abilities, decision-making skills, and deep engineering/project management expertise. - Excellent communication skills and industry experience in real estate delivery. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time on-site project role based in Greater Noida / Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. • Compensation & Benefits - Remuneration package as per industry standards and proven track record. • Application Instructions - Qualified professionals should forward their updated resume via email.
