Role & Company / Project Overview: An Irish Mechanical & Structural Engineering client is seeking high-caliber Planning, Programme, and Scheduling Engineers / Managers during an exclusive recruitment event in Dubai for assignments in Ireland. No placement or processing fees apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, maintain, and update master project schedules, baselines, and milestone tracking programs using scheduling software. • Monitor critical path activities, assess project progress, identify delays, and propose effective recovery schedules. • Liaise directly with project managers, site teams, and clients to provide regular progress reports, EVM data, and look-ahead schedules. • Perform delay analyses and support dispute resolution or extension of time (EOT) claims as required. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in construction planning, programming, and scheduling within major building or infrastructure projects. • Must be currently based in the UAE. • Open to all nationalities. • No IELTS required. • Proficiency in project scheduling tools (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Base: Ireland. • Interview Location: Dubai, UAE. • Full-time schedule.
