Role & Company / Project Overview: A prominent Irish Mechanical & Structural Engineering firm is visiting Dubai to conduct interviews and hire qualified Structural and Architectural Project Quantity Surveyors bound for Ireland. No processing or placement fees are charged. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of structural and architectural project packages. • Perform quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), and evaluate subcontractor cost estimates. • Monitor project budgets, prepare interim payment applications, assess variations, and manage final accounts. • Maintain rigorous financial controls and contractual records throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong background in quantity surveying with specific experience in structural and architectural construction packages. • Must be currently residing in the UAE. • Open to all nationalities. • No IELTS required. • Excellent financial acumen, contract negotiation, and analytical skills.
