Role & Company / Project Overview: A reputable Irish Mechanical & Structural Engineering client is interviewing candidates in Dubai for BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators to deliver cutting-edge projects in Ireland. Zero placement or processing fees. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows, execution plans, and coordination across engineering disciplines. • Run clash detection analysis, resolve model conflicts, and facilitate coordination meetings with project stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and client digital delivery guidelines. • Manage 3D/4D/5D model updates and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager on large engineering/construction projects. • Must currently be based in the UAE. • Open to all nationalities. • No IELTS required. • In-depth expertise in BIM software (such as Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project Base: Ireland. • Interview Drive: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Full-time role.
