We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR to join our Automobile Division. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment and selection processes, conducting employee induction and onboarding, maintaining attendance, leave, and employee documentation, supporting payroll and statutory compliance activities, coordinating employee training and development programs, addressing employee queries and maintaining positive employee relations, and assisting in performance management and HR reporting. Requirements include a graduation or bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or related field, relevant HR experience preferably in the automobile industry, good communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Location: Dehradun. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience.
