We are looking for a dedicated and technically inclined CRO Front to support network operations, troubleshooting, and customer service activities in the field. Requirements: +2 or equivalent qualification, basic understanding of broadband and fiber optic networks, prior experience in network testing, installation, or technical support preferred, strong communication skills in Nepali and/or English, valid two-wheeler driving license, own two-wheeler for field mobility, smartphone for field reporting and communication, good knowledge of local roads and routes, willingness to work in outdoor and field environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform network testing and troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist in fiber optic network planning and implementation, support installation, maintenance, and repair activities, provide technical assistance to customers when required, coordinate with technical teams to ensure service quality, maintain field tools, equipment, and vehicles, report daily field activities and technical issues.
