We are actively looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead to join our team on a contract basis. We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies and SQL Server. This role requires leading an existing offshore team while actively contributing to development efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently with stakeholders, participating in client discussions, providing status updates, and driving project delivery. Key responsibilities include hands-on development using .NET technologies and SQL Server, leading and coordinating with the offshore development team, collaborating with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, participating in client and internal meetings, providing status updates and ensuring timely delivery, conducting code reviews and enforcing development best practices, troubleshooting issues and supporting resolution efforts, and supporting deployment and release management activities.
