We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead cross-functional data initiatives and drive successful project delivery. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing features, tasks, sprint planning, and project tracking, as well as advanced expertise in Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and execution. The ideal candidate must possess data fluency, including a strong understanding of data pipelines, data governance, reporting, and data-driven initiatives. Change management skills are essential to align stakeholders, drive adoption, and navigate organizational change. Agile project management experience is required, along with cross-functional leadership to coordinate across multiple teams and ensure alignment on goals and timelines. The role involves proactive risk management, stakeholder communication, and understanding of data architecture and data engineering concepts. Additional responsibilities include documentation and meeting management with excellent note-taking and action tracking. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, PMP or PMI Certification, and 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience. Duration is 18 months.
