Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a JS1 - Junior/Associate Data Center Technician supporting multiple opportunities with a leading client across the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist in equipment handling, cabling, rack-and-stack, and daily data center routines. • Support networking, telecommunications, and computer hardware operations. • Comply with site security, execution guidelines, and safety procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Recent technical college graduates with relevant diplomas, apprenticeship experience, or approximately 1–2 years of related experience. • Basic understanding of hardware, networking, telecommunications, and cabling infrastructure. • U.S. Work Authorization: No sponsorship available (H-1, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, TN, F-1 CPT, or EAD ineligible). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. • Shift Work: Required (Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Afternoon/Evening: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM). • Travel: Inter-facility travel within the DFW region required.
