Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a JS2 - Data Center Technician supporting multiple critical operations with a leading client in New Albany, Ohio. This position is responsible for day-to-day data center hands-on maintenance, installation, and infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute hands-on data center operations, rack-and-stack, and server installation. • Handle copper and fibre cabling installations, patching, and testing. • Support infrastructure maintenance, networking tasks, and hardware upgrades. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in data center operations, infrastructure, rack-and-stack, server installation, networking, or copper/fibre cabling. • Solid knowledge of data center environment best practices and structured cabling. • U.S. Work Authorization: Client does not sponsor U.S. work authorization (no H-1, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, TN, F-1 CPT, or EAD authorization). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: New Albany, Ohio. • Shift Work: Must be open to shifts: - Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM - Afternoon/Evening: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM • Travel: Must be comfortable travelling between data centre facilities within the same geographical area; assignments at nearby facilities may last several weeks at a time.
