Anandaya Foundation is hiring a Fellow for Project Pustakalaya to support literacy outcomes in government schools. This is a 1-year fellowship role based in Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat. Responsibilities include assisting with library setup and implementation in schools, coordinating with teachers, school leaders, and field teams, monitoring reading programs and student engagement, collecting and analyzing program data, documenting field stories, creating content, and supporting reporting and social media efforts. Qualifications: currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field, strong communication skills in Hindi and English, comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, passionate about education and social impact, and willing to travel and engage with schools and communities. Stipend is ₹15,000 per month. Benefits include hands-on experience, certificate, experience letter, and performance-based recommendation letter.
