The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Customer Audits, Process Improvement, Quality Systems, and Team Leadership within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities will include leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing customer and certification audits, strengthening quality systems and compliance, developing a culture of quality across the organization, and working closely with operations, production, and customers to achieve world-class quality standards.
