The Client Development Specialist will engage directly with hiring managers to uncover unreleased job requisitions, expand Techlink's footprint into new departments, and cross-sell staffing solutions including contingent, direct hire, and SOW. Responsibilities include building high-touch relationships, leading strategic client meetings, managing the full client-facing hiring process from qualifying needs to closing offers, and ensuring 100% real-time documentation accuracy in CRM systems. Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of end-to-end staffing sales experience focused on small to mid-sized clients in the United States. This position is fully remote for candidates located in Costa Rica.
