SMART Bodyshop Solutions Group is continuing its rapid growth, and we are looking to strengthen our Operations Teams across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity for proactive, driven individuals who are looking to build a long-term career within one of the UK's fastest-growing accident repair groups. As an Operations Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the site, managing vehicle throughput, carrying out vehicle assessments, and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. We are looking for individuals who possess the all-important want factor - people who are motivated, eager to learn, take ownership of their responsibilities, and are determined to make a positive impact within the team. Key responsibilities include supporting the daily operation of the site, assisting with vehicle assessments and damage inspections, monitoring and managing vehicle throughput, supporting planning and workflow coordination, working closely with management to identify improvements and efficiencies, and delivering exceptional customer and client service. What we are looking for: positive and proactive attitude, strong organisational and communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn and develop, automotive, bodyshop, vehicle rental, fleet or logistics experience would be advantageous but not essential.
