We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facility Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of large-scale commercial facilities. Lead operations, drive reliability, and deliver excellence. Key specialized areas include Commercial Building Operations, HVAC Systems (Chillers, VRV/VRF), Critical Infrastructure and Power Management, Building Management Systems (BMS), Facility Refurbishment and Modernization, Preventive Maintenance and Asset Management, CAPEX and OPEX Budget Management, Vendor and Contractor Management, Sustainability and Compliance Management. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a recognized qualification in Facilities Management, 5-10 years of experience in commercial facilities management, minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role, strong expertise in HVAC systems, critical infrastructure, and multi-tenant office operations, and experience in refurbishment, modernization, or infrastructure upgrade projects. Professional certifications such as CFM, FMA, LEED Green Associate, or BEE Energy Manager will be an added advantage.
