We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Head of Marketing to lead and execute the strategic marketing agenda across our group of companies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive group-wide marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive brand positioning, market expansion, and customer engagement initiatives. Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable results. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support business development and strategic initiatives. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. Oversee digital, traditional, and integrated marketing communications across all business units. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Marketing, with significant experience in a leadership role. Experience working with leading brands will be a distinct advantage. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to drive organizational growth. Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across locations as required. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. MBA and professional qualifications related to Marketing are mandatory.
