• Role & Company / Project Overview Formix is hiring on behalf of a leading FMCG organization operating in the beverage and consumer products sector in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role plays a key part in driving commercial performance through rigorous sales analysis, forecasting, market insights, and data-driven decision-making. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Analyze sales performance and identify underlying business and market trends. - Support commercial decision-making and strategic planning processes. - Deliver actionable insights to drive sales improvement and market performance. - Handle sales reporting, performance analysis, sales planning, and forecasting. - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to communicate data-backed recommendations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Commercial Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related field, preferably within the FMCG, beverage, or distribution industry. - Strong expertise in sales reporting, performance analysis, forecasting, market analysis, sales planning, and data-driven decision-making. - Advanced MS Excel skills are essential. - Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or sales analytics tools is an added advantage. - Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka. - Workplace Type: On-site / Standard business hours. • Application Instructions - Send your application and CV to the designated email address.
