Droidal.ai is hiring a Client Partner (Account Management / Senior Consultant) to own and grow relationships with healthcare enterprises already using our AI agents. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive account growth through cross-selling and up-selling our AI portfolio (RCM, claims, and other healthcare AI solutions), and partner with delivery teams to fulfill commitments. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in client management, account management, consulting, or strategic sales, with a consultant's diagnostic mind and a closer's instinct. Healthcare domain exposure is a huge plus. This is a strategic role based in Coimbatore, India.
