Key skills include ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog), custom development and integrations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, Workflows, SLAs, Import Sets, Update Sets, Service Catalog, Record Producers, Catalog Items, JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, ITIL. ServiceNow CSA Certification is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CAD Certification and experience with Mobile App and Virtual Agent. The candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
