We are currently seeking the best candidates to join us as Psychological Assessment Support (Project-Based Apprentice) for Cikarang. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Fresh Graduate welcome). 2. Familiar with psychological tools (PAPI Kostick, DISC, IST, WZT, Pauli, etc.). 3. Able to follow instructions and SOP. 4. Detail-oriented, fast learner, and accurate. 5. Good communication and able to work in a team. 6. Willing to be placed in Cikarang / Bekasi area. 7. Able to join immediately. Responsibilities: 1. Administer psychological tests and provide instructions to participants. 2. Observe participant behavior during assessment sessions. 3. Score psychological tests (PAPI Kostick, DISC, IST, WZT, Pauli, etc.). 4. Input and compile assessment results. 5. Support Assessment Center activities during the project.
