Triple0 Medical is seeking a part-time Customer Care Coordinator to support the delivery of healthcare in New Zealand. This role operates within the Locum Recruitment Team and involves coordinating the administration, onboarding, compliance, documentation, travel, and accommodation requirements behind successful locum placements. The role is hybrid, based in the Christchurch office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with work-from-home days on Mondays and Wednesdays. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, genuinely customer-focused, and comfortable with changing priorities. Experience in recruitment administration, healthcare, onboarding, travel coordination, or CRM systems is useful but not essential. A competitive salary is offered based on experience.
