Role & Company / Project Overview: SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre invites applications from experienced medical specialists for senior faculty positions (Professor / Associate Professor) in the Department of General Medicine. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide clinical care and patient management in inpatient wards, outpatient departments (OPD), and intensive care units. • Lead clinical rounds and impart clinical and didactic teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. • Oversee clinical training and supervision of residents, interns, and junior doctors. • Conduct clinical trials, healthcare research, and publish academic research in peer-reviewed journals. • Lead departmental quality assurance, medical audits, and academic governance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • MD / DNB in General Medicine from a recognized university / institute. • Required teaching and clinical experience as per NMC guidelines for the rank of Professor or Associate Professor. • Strong track record of clinical expertise, resident mentoring, and research publications.
