Role & Company / Project Overview: SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre is seeking senior faculty members at the level of Professor and Associate Professor for the Department of Psychiatry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide mental health diagnostic evaluations, consultation, and psychiatric treatments in outpatient and inpatient settings. • Deliver lectures, seminars, and clinical bed-side teaching in psychiatry for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. • Guide residents in clinical psychiatric assessments, psychopharmacology, and therapeutic interventions. • Engage in mental health research, clinical trials, and publish scholarly papers. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • MD / DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution. • Teaching and clinical experience fulfilling NMC criteria for Associate Professor or Professor. • Established research publication track record.
