We are hiring a Data Engineer (Databricks, Python) with 10-15 years of experience for a Chennai-based role. The ideal candidate has a strong Databricks Architect profile with end-to-end Lakehouse ownership. Mandatory requirements include 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in Data Engineering, strong expertise in the Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, Autoloader, Structured Streaming, Workflows, Unity Catalog), and experience in large-scale data warehousing and advanced data modeling (3NF and dimensional). Candidates must have strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering experience with US or UK clients, and come from a B2B IT services or IT consulting background. CTC includes 5% variable. Preferred skills include Azure Databricks, MLflow, CI/CD, Databricks Asset Bundles, and relevant certifications.
