Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are actively hiring for a Denial Coder / QA specialist to support our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division in Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyze, review, and resolve claim denials from payers regarding medical coding issues. • Perform root cause analysis for denied claims, appeal denials, and re-code where appropriate. • Conduct quality assurance checks to prevent recurring denials and ensure coding compliance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Denial Coding and Quality Assurance. • In-depth understanding of denial management, billing regulations, payer policies, ICD-10, and CPT codes. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Onsite). • Work schedule: Full-time standard shift timings.
