Role & Company / Project Overview: Opportunity for an E&M (Evaluation and Management) Coder / QA specialist to join a leading Healthcare RCM organization in Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review clinical encounter notes and assign accurate E&M levels based on MDM (Medical Decision Making) or time. • Perform quality assurance audits on E&M coding to verify documentation compliance. • Identify coding discrepancies and provide quality feedback to ensure optimal reimbursement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in Evaluation and Management (E&M) coding / QA. • Thorough knowledge of E&M guidelines, ICD-10-CM, and CPT coding systems. • CPC or equivalent coding certification is an advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Onsite). • Work schedule: Full-time shift schedule.
