Manage end-to-end employee transportation operations including route planning, scheduling, vendor allocation, and fleet deployment. Ensure timely employee pick-up and drop with SLA adherence. Coordinate with vendors for on-time vehicle deployment. Monitor compliance (licenses, permits, insurance, fitness certificates). Handle incidents and ensure employee safety. Resolve employee queries and escalations promptly. Conduct driver briefings and safety training sessions. Use transportation tools (preferably MoveInSync) for trip management, GPS tracking and safety compliance. Prepare MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Handle vendor billing, invoice validation and discrepancies.
