We are hiring an IBM FileNet / EDM Specialist in Chennai (Hybrid - Client office). This is a full-time position for candidates with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Are you an expert in Enterprise Document Management with a deep understanding of IBM FileNet? We seek a highly analytical and autonomous FileNet / EDM Specialist to bridge the gap between complex technical architectures and business operations. In this role, you will drive document management, workflows, and legal archiving initiatives while ensuring top-tier compliance and security. Key responsibilities include system administration of IBM FileNet environments (P8, Content Manager, ACCE, sweep jobs), process modeling of EDM architectures and workflows, business analysis and documentation using JIRA and Confluence, compliance and archiving aligned with GDPR and EaaS, and cross-functional collaboration with business teams, operations, and IT units. Required skills include proven expertise in IBM FileNet and EDM, proficiency in SQL and database management, hands-on experience with JIRA and ServiceNow, excellent communication skills, autonomy, and service orientation.
