We are hiring a Head of Rewards for a leading global conglomerate based in Chennai. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished Total Rewards professional ready to shape compensation and benefits strategy at enterprise scale. About the Role: You will lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards framework spanning compensation benchmarking, executive pay, benefits administration, and payroll, while working closely with senior leadership to align rewards strategy with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive enterprise-wide total rewards strategy. Lead compensation benchmarking and executive compensation design. Oversee benefits administration and payroll operations. Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. Leverage data analytics and HRIS to generate actionable insights. Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners across the organisation. What We Are Looking For: 20 or more years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards. Proven ability to build and lead rewards strategy in large, complex organisations. Strong executive compensation expertise. Excellent analytical skills and comfort with HRIS tools. Deep knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulatory requirements. MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
