We are hiring an experienced Onsite Recruiter for Sales Hiring for a leading global FinTech product organization. This full-time role involves end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, and B2B IT Sales roles. You will hire for positions including Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and Business Development Managers. Responsibilities include partnering with global stakeholders across US and European markets, building talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other channels, and managing candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and stakeholder communication. Candidates must have 10+ years of recruitment experience, strong experience in SaaS Sales or Enterprise Sales hiring, exposure to US and European markets, understanding of sales KPIs such as ARR and quota attainment, expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Preferred background includes product-based IT, SaaS, FinTech, or Banking Technology organizations. Budget is up to 20 LPA.
