People Infra Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading global FinTech product organization for an Onsite Recruiter – Sales Hiring role. The position involves end-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, and B2B IT Sales roles, including hiring for Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and Business Development Managers. Responsibilities include partnering with global stakeholders across US and European markets, building talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels, managing candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of recruitment experience with strong expertise in SaaS, Enterprise Sales, or B2B IT Sales hiring, exposure to US and/or European markets, understanding of sales KPIs, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The role is full-time with a budget up to 20 LPA.
