We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our project in Alwarpet, Chennai. Role & Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities at the site; monitor work progress as per approved drawings and schedule; coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers; ensure quality standards and construction specifications are maintained; track material consumption and site requirements; maintain daily site reports and progress updates; verify measurements and completed work quantities; ensure safety procedures and site discipline are followed; coordinate with project engineers and management for timely completion; identify and resolve site execution issues promptly. Required Skills: Good knowledge of civil construction and finishing works; ability to read drawings and execute accordingly; strong coordination and communication skills; basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting; ability to handle manpower efficiently. Experience: Minimum 3 years (experience in residential apartment projects preferred). Qualification: DCE / B.E. (Civil). Immediate joiners preferred.
