LOTUS Group is representing our esteemed client to find a highly strategic, dynamic, and result-oriented Head of Sales. In this role, you will be hired directly by our client and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and expanding market presence within the telecommunication sector. Responsibilities include Sales Strategy & Execution, Key Account Management, Market Analysis, Revenue Optimization, and HQ Reporting Liaison. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales within the Telecommunication Industry, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles. Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of telecom products, services, and market dynamics. Highly driven, proactive, and capable of working independently under high pressure to deliver results. Can join ASAP.
