Role & Company / Project Overview: Brilzant is urgently hiring experienced SAP Functional Consultants on a contract basis to join their growing team in South Africa. The opening covers roles across various SAP functional specializations including SAP FICO Consultant, SAP MM Consultant, SAP SD Consultant, SAP PP Consultant, SAP EWM Consultant, SAP WM Consultant, SAP PM Consultant, SAP QM Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, SAP HCM / HR Consultant, SAP Ariba Consultant, SAP CRM / C4C Consultant, SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant, and SAP Functional Lead / Senior Consultant. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive SAP functional consulting, configuration, and implementation across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. • Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering workshops, and process mapping. • Perform functional customization, blueprinting, and end-to-end integration with other SAP modules and external systems. • Develop detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and end-to-end integration testing. • Support data migration activities, validation, and cutover tasks. • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes during ongoing project support and post-go-live phases. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 5+ years of solid experience in SAP functional consulting and implementation. • Deep functional expertise in respective SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, WM, PM, QM, SuccessFactors, HCM/HR, Ariba, CRM/C4C, or S/4HANA). • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP best practices, and the SAP Activate methodology. • Proven track record in full lifecycle implementation and support. • Eligibility: South African Citizens Only. • Availability: Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be given preference.
