iOCO is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Cloud Engineer specializing in Azure to join a Managed Services Public Sector environment. This hybrid role based in Cape Town CBD requires on-site presence 2 days per week. You will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud solutions, working hands-on with Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and DevSecOps practices. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining secure Azure environments, building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, supporting container platforms such as AKS and Docker, proactive system monitoring, incident management, and ensuring security and compliance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Technologist or equivalent, with experience managing Microsoft Virtual Server Farms, IaaS, and good knowledge of networks. Microsoft certifications such as MCP, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Stack Hub experience are advantageous. The position is permanent or contract full-time.
