We are seeking an experienced Chief Health Insurance Operations Officer (CHIOO) to lead health insurance operations, claims systems, provider networks, and healthcare financial performance across a global insurance organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing health insurance claims processing and policy administration, driving operational efficiency, customer service and claims accuracy, leading provider network management and healthcare partnerships, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance standards, managing risk, fraud prevention and cost optimization programs, and building and leading high-performing insurance operations teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Insurance, Business, Public Health or related field, 15 plus years of leadership experience in health insurance, healthcare operations or managed care, strong expertise in claims management, healthcare systems and insurance operations, proven success managing large-scale insurance or healthcare organizations, and exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
